Registering yourself on Storeguru.com is very easy. You will have to click on “Register Now” tab and provide us your personal information for future communication. The online registration form will also allow you to specify your login id and password to protect your personal information. You can logon to the website for the purchases with the help of the login id and password that you have specified.

Where do you deliver the items available on Storeguru.com?
We deliver the items available on our website to most of the location across the country. However, our system checks the serviceable location at the time of registering the order. It will also inform you, if our logistic partner does not service the delivery location that you are trying to specify.

How can I send gifts from your website?
Sending a gift to your loved ones from Storeguru.com is very easy. You will have to click on “Send The Item As A Gift” tab after logging in your account. An online form will open which will ask you to enter the recipient’s details. The system will also allow you to specify the delivery date for the item along with a message to be delivered with the item. The system bydefault will store the recipient’s address in the address book for your future purchases.

Will I receive the exact item as shown in the picture?
Our vendors will take care to deliver the item exactly what is displayed on the site. However, it is clearly mentioned in the product description that sometimes shades, color and pattern may slightly vary as the image shown on the site is only for viewing and understanding purpose.

What is the guaranty / warranty of the item?
Most of the branded products available on Storeguru.com carry a warranty and guarantee period that is mentioned by the vendor or company. In these cases, the warranty period for the item will be mentioned in the product details page itself. Items like flowers, cakes and chocolates carry no warranty period, as these items are perishable in nature.

How can I view the products that I have chosen?
You can view the product that you have chosen by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” which will be available at the top right hand corner of the page.

What is Wish List?
This is an option provided on the site to save the items that you wish to purchase later. You can view the same by simply clicking on the “Wish List” which is available at the top of the page.

Can I have the demo before purchasing the item?
All products on the site are displayed giving complete and accurate details in terms of features etc and the customers are requested to view the data and place an order accordingly. Being an online portal and not a retail store, we do not have products that may be personally viewed.

Can I personally come and pick up the item from your office?
Since we are providing an online platform to our vendor to sell the items on our site hence we do not retain the stock of any item in our office. All the items available on our site would be delivered to you via courier services at the shipping address provided at the time of registering the order.

After the successful registration of your order at Storeguru.com, the same will be saved in “Track Your Account”. The “Track Your Account” link is available at the top right corner of the page. You can view the current status of your orders by clicking on the respective order number.  The order statuses will also be informed to you via automated responses.

Can I modify my order after registration?
We don’t accept any alteration in the product details, once order is registered. If you do not wish to keep the item, then you can send us the cancellation request from our help section within 24 hours after the registration.

However, we will accept the changes in the delivery address, in case if we receive the valid request from the shopper within 24 hours after order number is generated. You can send us the alteration request from our “Contact Us” link by selecting the appropriate subject line.

* We do not accept any cancellation requests for perishable, express delivery and special events (Diwali, Valentine Day, Rakhi) category items, once the order has been registered.

How Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel the order placed at Storeguru.com, by sending us the cancellation request within 24 hours after the order number is generated. We should receive the cancellation request from the shopper’s email id, which is provided at the time of registering the order. You can send us the cancellation request from our “Contact Us” link by selecting the appropriate subject line.

* We do not accept any cancellation requests for perishable, express delivery and special event (Diwali, Valentine Day, Rakhi) category items, once the order has been registered.

How Can I Place A Gifting Order?
Placing a gifting order at Storeguru.com is very easy. You will have to click on the “Send The Item As A Gift” tab after logging in your account. An online form will open which will ask you to enter the recipient details. The system will also allow you to specify the delivery date for the item along with a message to be delivered with the item. The system bydefault will store the recipient’s address in the address book for your future purchases.

Can I Specify The Delivery Date For The Item?
The option for specifying the delivery date and message will be available only if you are registering the order as a gifting order. Our system will not accept the delivery date prior to the lead-time of delivery of the item. You can register the gifting order by clicking on “Sent the item as a gift” in the delivery details page.

Can I Place An Order For Multiple Items?
You can purchase more than one item in one order. You can do so by adding the desired items in the shopping cart. The delivery location and the payment mode will remain same and the total payment will be collected for the all the items that you have added in the shopping bag.

When my order will be processed?
The orders at Storeguru.com will be processed within 24 hours after the realization of the payment. However, the orders placed through the Cheque/Demand Draft option will be processed only after realization of Cheque/Demand Draft. The item will be delivered as per the respective lead time of delivery mentioned in the item details. Automated response will be sent by the system, once the order gets processed.

What should I do, if my order is not processed even after completing the payment process?
All the items available on our website would be delivered to you as per the lead-time of delivery mentioned in the item details after the approval of your order. However, you can contact our customer service department via email by clicking on the “Contact Us ” tab.

Paying for the items via Cheque/Demand Draft is very easy. You will have to register the order by opting the Cheque/Demand Draft as the payment mode and send us the Cheque/Demand Draft of order value at our office by writing your order and contact number on the reverse side of the Cheque/Demand Draft. There are two different modes of sending the payment at our office:

The shipping and handling charges will be calculated by the system depending upon the nature of the item. However, the charges will be displayed to you before the payment confirmation step. The shipping and handling charges would be applicable to an individual item despite of the delivery address is same. Some of the items available on the website may inclusive of shipping and handling charges and the same will be mentioned in the item details page.


What is the estimated time for the delivery of the item?
All the items available on Storeguru.com would be dispatched as per the lead-time of delivery mentioned in the item details. The lead-time of delivery would be considered from the date of approval. The lead-time of delivery may vary fro, product to product. Items will take 48-72 working hours after the dispatch of the item. Our logistic partners will generally attempts the deliveries from 09: 00 AM to 8:00 PM on all working days.

How Can I Track My Shipment After The Dispatch?
Tracking your order on Storeguru.com is very simple. You simply have to click on the “Track My Order” tab and enter your login name and password and the system will show the number of orders registered along with the status. On clicking the order number, you can view the current status of your order. It will also provide you the airwaybill number along with the courier service website to track your shipment. You can also search for the contact numbers of the local offices of courier service with the help of the courier link. This information will also be sent to you via automated response.

What Should I Do, If The Item Is Not Delivered After Dispatch?
Items purchases through Storeguru.com would normally takes 48-72 hours for the delivery after the dispatch of the item. We request you to kindly send us a mail from our “Contact Us” tab, if the item is not delivered to you as per the mentioned time. Alternately, you can also contact the local branch of courier service though which the item is dispatched for further assistance.

Can I Check The Item Before Accepting The Delivery Of The Same?
The courier person will not allow you to open the parcel before accepting the delivery. This is due to the stringent measures that we are taking to avoid courier pilferage. However, you can check the condition of the parcel without breaking the seal of the plastic bag.

Can Somebody Accept The Delivery In My Absence?
The family members of the recipient can accept the parcel by representing the authorization letter signed by the actual recipient.

Do I Need To Pay Anything At The Time Of Delivery Of The Item?
The total amount charged at the time of placing the order is inclusive of all the charges and therefore we request you not to pay any extra money to the courier service at the time of delivery.

What Will Happen, If Item Is Returned To The Office As Undelivered?
Our logistic partners will attempt to deliver the item three times or will try to contact you if the parcel could not be delivered to you due to some reason. However, we will refund the amount charged by deducting the shipping and handling charges, if the item comes back to our office as undelivered. Please note that the delivery for the perishable items will be attempted only once and amount charged for the same is non-refundable, if the same could not delivered.

We should receive the complaint for the open/damaged item within 48 hours after the delivery. Complaint received after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Refund/ Replacement Policy
 
 
You can send us the product with the original packaging and accessories within 15 days, if you did not like the product delivered. This will be only applicable for the items wherever the” Money Back Guarantee” is mentioned. You should inform the same to our customer service department via email within 7 days after the delivery. Used items will not be accepted. This policy will not be applicable for the perishable items.

In case of defective items, the same should be informed to our customer service department within 15 days after the delivery wherever warranty/guarantee is not applicable. For the perishable, we should receive the complaint within 48 hours after the delivery.

For the items delivered in damaged/open condition, please inform us via email/phone within 48 hours after the delivery of the item.

Our sellers will take care to deliver the item exactly what is displayed on the site. However, it is clearly mentioned in the product description that sometimes shades, color and pattern may slightly vary as the image shown on the site is only for viewing and understanding purpose. However, if the item delivered is totally not as per the details mentioned on the site, please inform us with 48 hours after the delivery so that we can replace the same.

We will refund the amount charged for the item by deducting the shipping charges applicable, if the item is returned to our office for the following reasons.

Incase of perishable items, the delivery of items will be attempted only once. Being perishable in nature, neither planetshop.com nor our enabling partner will be able to accept any returns of such items.

Incase of a replacement, our logistic will pick the item and deliver it to the vendor. The replacement item will be delivered to the recipient within 8 working days after the receipt of the damaged/defective item. Our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. Incase the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available/premises locked, etc

Process of refund takes at least 10 - 15 working days. Once the amount is refunded it will reflect in your account depending upon the billing cycle of your account.

Product that are not covered under the return policy:

  »  An item not returned in the condition it was received.
