» Valid only on brands mentioned on this voucher.

» Redemption on presentation of voucher in original only.

» The Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

» The Gift Voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue.

» The date of issue is entered on the face of the voucher.

» This voucher has to be redeemed in full and partial redemption will not be allowed.

» No cash will be refunded / credit note issued for part utilization of the Gift Voucher.

» Should your purchase value exceed the value of this Voucher the differential should be paid.

» The holder of this voucher shall be deemed to be the beneficiary.

» The Gift Voucher shall be redeemable at all outlets where Gitanjali brands are available.

» This Gift Voucher is not valid without authorized signature and companys seal.

» Mutilated or defaced Gift Vouchers will not be honoured.

» Once a voucher is issued the company will not entertain any request for cancellation.

» Any exchange by a bearer will be considered a valid discharge of the companys liabilities.

» The company shall honour only genuine vouchers & its decision on the same shall be final.

» In the event of loss the voucher will not be replaced.

» This voucher is not a legal tender.
